Hello. Matt Bench here. I find myself all over Spring Branch. I will train you in your home, apartment gym, local park, or private facility that I rent near Memorial.
If you live in Spring Branch, below are a few options if you lack an apartment gym to bring a private personal trainer. The convenience of a nearby space to do strength training is desirable to my clients; especially if they decline to have an in-home personal trainer inside their residence. Luckily, Spring Branch has great parks to execute body weight exercises or calisthenics training. Any park PT is equipped to train clients outdoors as well and can accommodate private fitness sessions.
Nob Hill Park - Best option for free exercise. Complete with a jogging trail, playground and few spread-out pieces of exercise equipment you can use for outdoor strength training/muscle building.
Agnes Moffitt Park - Basketball court, disc golf course, and playground. Bring a suspension training kit like TRX or gymnastics rings and you’re prepared to build some muscle.
Haden Park - Use the playground/swing-set for your rings/bands and be grateful!
Otherwise, easily turn a door frame in your home into a suspension training system for building muscle and strength for less than $50. An in-home fitness trainer can help “show you the ropes” HAH.
