Freq. Asked Q's

What are the sessions like?

You never imagined how personalized it can be. I read you constantly to get you exactly what you need. Some clients like non-stop intensity while others want to get better at resting too. Some get excited when they slam and punch things, others enjoy Tai-Chi-looking calisthenics.

When will I see results?

What are results to you? Feeling more aliveness and comfort in your body? Stress release? Moving with ease and confidence? You will practice using your body how you want to! You won’t be doing long-term damage to your joints for short-term results. People will notice something different about you, and it’s not always shapes.

Studio Trainer vs. Mobile

In-home personal trainers rely less on unnecessary fitness equipment (see my video for more). A mobile trainer will come to you, saving you time and giving you one less reason to workout that day. This also means you don't have to settle for a studio based solely on it's geographical nearness - or settle for an underpaid, inexperienced employee.

What shape do I need to be in to start?

One of my clients was 300 pounds with one arm 3 inches longer than the other. If you can bat an eye you’re ready.

How many times per week should I train?

On average clients train twice per week. Some once... others three. I have yet to be a live-in-trainer haha!

Got experience?

8 years as a full-time trainer! So lucky :) But nothing compares to 100s of clients that have adapted my process. Plus I'm still obsessed with the human body - I study it everyday still!

Got certifications?

I have 4 certs and 2 degrees. See this article for this info and more.

Is my home appropriate to train in?

If you can lay down a yoga mat, then there's enough space. Otherwise I have a gym that I rent in Uptown, and there’s always a nice green park.
