Hello. Matt Bench here. I find myself all over Rice Military. I will train you in your home, apartment gym, local park, or private facility that I rent near Memorial.
If you live in Rice Military….congratulations because you live in the best area in town for outdoor recreation. Below are a few options if you lack an apartment gym to bring a private personal trainer. The convenience of a nearby space to do strength training is desirable to my clients; especially if they decline to have an in-home personal trainer inside their residence. Luckily, Rice Military has great parks to execute body weight training or calisthenics workouts. Any park PT is equipped to train clients outdoors as well and can accommodate private fitness sessions.
Memorial Park - Luck you for the best outdoor equipment in Houston is here. See map for 2 choices. Everything you need for a calisthenics and body-weight training workout all in one location. Some shade. Can be crowded. Water and bathroom access.
Spotts Park - Another premier SPOT haha. A few pieces of outdoor workout equipment are spread out along the loop.
Otherwise, easily turn a door frame in your home into a suspension training system for building muscle and strength for less than $50. A mobile fitness trainer can help “show you the ropes” HAH.
